1. No Refunds After Activation
Once your IPTV subscription has been activated and access credentials delivered, we do not offer refunds. This is due to the digital nature of our service, which is considered used upon delivery.
2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team within 72 hours of reporting.
Duplicate payments made in error.
Service not delivered (e.g. if your account or subscription was never activated).
